
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cucumbers, sliced thinly
- 1 small white onion. sliced thinly
- 1 small jalapeño pepper, sliced thinly
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. Vinegar
- 1 c. Water
- 1/4 tsp each: pepper, salt, turmeric, mustard seed
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place everything in a bowl, stir to combine.
- Cover + refrigerate for at least 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Pack into glass jars.
TIPS:
- 1/4 tsp of hot pepper flakes can be substituted for the jalapeño in a pinch :-)
