Peel or cut the thick skin off the bulb-- save the peels in ur freezer for making a delicious vegetable broth!

Julienne!

Cut the bulb into match sticks with carrots + apples for an unbeatable fresh slaw-like salad! Add some oil, balsamic, ur fave spices + honey as a dressing!

Chop!

Chop the leafy greens in strips n’ pieces + fry with salt until crispy for a pumpkin seed-like taste? Add to your stir fries or at the end of a cheesy pasta dish!

Slice!

Slice super thin in discs or strips for an extra-fancy addition to a crudité platter! Flavor like a super mild radish or spicy broccoli stalk with a real nice texture! Add salt n’ pepper, olive oil, + a squeeze of lemon if u want to <3

Roast!

Cut into small chunks, roast at 425°, add ur fave oil + spices! U won’t regret it!
